Refunds
Any Service provided to Client in connection with through the letter of engagement shall terminate only upon written notice from either party as described below
Either party may terminate this letter upon thirty (30) days’ notice by registered mail to the address set forth herein except that Client may terminate this letter without penalty within five business days of the date hereof.
Upon termination, no refund will be made for the Services completed other than within the first five days of the date hereof. In the event there are any prepaid, unearned fees, a prorata share will be promptly refunded to Client excluding service tax.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
